Support
The quickest way is from inside the app. Open Settings, then Contact us under About. It sends your app version along with the message, which saves a round of questions if something is broken.
If you cannot get into the app, email saffronrecipesapp@gmail.com instead.

Things people ask
How do I delete my account?
Settings, then Account, then Delete account, at the bottom. It removes your recipes, photos, friends and households. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
I paid before and Saffron Pro is not showing
Tap Restore purchases at the very bottom of Settings. That asks Apple whether your Apple ID owns a subscription and reconnects it. It is the usual fix after getting a new phone or reinstalling.
Saffron is listening in the wrong language
Settings, then Dictation. By default it follows your phone's language, and you can pin it to a specific one instead. It only lists languages your device actually supports for dictation.
It got my recipe wrong
Open the recipe, tap the pencil to edit, and use Redo to have another go at reading your dictation. Everything on the card is editable by hand too. The original of what you said is kept, so nothing is lost.
Can I stop friends seeing my recipes?
Settings, then Account, and turn off “Share recipes with friends”. Bear in mind that anyone who already saved a copy of one of your recipes keeps that copy.
Someone is behaving badly
Open their profile and use the menu in the top right to report or block them. You can also report an individual recipe from the menu on the recipe itself. Reports come to us and we read them.
